Cranberry Cheeseball

Although the holidays have come to an end the food doesn’t have to, therefore, I have concocted a sure-thing. A crowd-pleasing cheeseball that is sure to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. If you’ve never had a cheeseball you are in for a delectable treat! And if you have… you’re still in for a treat.

For those of you uncultured and uneducated fools a cheeseball is quite literally a ball of various cheeses and spices usually mixed with something, in this case, cranberries.

  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. shredded white Cheddar
  • 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder kosher salt Freshly ground black

  • 2 c. dried cranberries roughly chopped

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper and stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Form into a ball and refrigerate until firm, 1 hour.  Roll ball into cranberries. Serve. (If not serving right away, loosely cover with plastic wrap and return to fridge. Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.)
